Postage costs

3DWise products are shipped worldwide. Below you will find the rates per region.

  • Belgium

  • Germany

  • Rest of Europe
    Package:€11.95
  • Worldwide
    Package:€14.95

Normally it is not a problem to deliver our products worldwide, but the corona virus means that in some countries shipments are no longer accepted from certain postal providers. However, we do have the option to deliver the packages to you via another provider (although at a higher rate)!   As long as your country is in this list, there will be difficulties in sending packages to you, which means we have to charge a shipping fee of €35.00.

Delivery time

We try to keep products that are frequently ordered in stock. Orders placed before 4:30 PM (which are in stock) will be shipped the same day. You can expect this order to ship within approximately:

  • Netherlands:1-2 working days
  • Belgium & Germany:2-3 working days
  • Luxembourg, United Kingdom, Denmark:3-8 business days
  • Europe:3-8 working days
  • Iceland, Montenegro, Norway, Russia, Serbia, Turkey, North Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Armenia, Ukraine:4-14 business days
  • Worldwide:8-14 business days

Note:These are the delivery times from the moment we have completed the order. For regular orders it will take approx. 2 working days before they are sent to the post.

We always do our best to ship products as quickly as possible. Since we make almost all products to order, it can sometimes take a little longer during busy periods. If we cannot deliver the order within a working week, we will keep you informed of the delivery time of the order.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can track your order.
